Key Responsibilities

I provide spiritual leadership and guidance to the Boys’ and Girls’ Companies through prayer, devotions, and Christian instruction. I help nurture reverence, discipline, and strong moral character, while ensuring the Companies remain actively connected to the worship and life of the sponsoring Church. I also offer pastoral care and confidential spiritual support to Officers, Boys, and Girls, serving as a trusted guide in personal, moral, and spiritual matters.

I lead and coordinate the Boys’ Company, overseeing drills, training, and discipline while ensuring full compliance with Brigade regulations. I work closely with, the Chaplain, Officers and parents to support the welfare and development of the Boys and to ensure the Company presents a united and exemplary image at all parades and official engagements.

I serve as the key contact for all matters concerning the Girls, collaborating closely with the Chaplain, officers and parents to support their overall growth. I ensure the Girls’ Company maintains a disciplined and united presence at all parades and official engagements, reflecting the Brigade’s Christian principles.

I manage the administrative and record-keeping functions of the 3rd Agona Swedru Companies, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination of activities. My service to the 3rd Agona Swedru Companies is to bring experience and diligence to support effective leadership and accountability.

In my role as Junior Section Coordinator, I oversee the planning and coordination of programs for those in junior boys bracket. I focus on creating an environment that is safe, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone involved. I serve as a link between the boys, parents, captains, and officers, ensuring clear communication and active collaboration. By supporting both the leadership team and the junior members, I help deliver well-structured activities that encourage participation and positive development.

I am responsible for overseeing promotions and progression within the Company, ensuring that Boys and officers advance in accordance with Brigade regulations. My role emphasizes fairness, discipline, and integrity while maintaining accurate records and supporting Captain in evaluating performance.

I oversee the Company’s administration, ensuring smooth records and communication; manage its technical needs, keeping equipment and systems reliable; and lead the Music Committee, guiding training, discipline, and performances so that administration, technology, and music all work together to strengthen the Brigade.

I share responsibility for the Committee, but my main focus is on leading and supporting the Brigade’s music. I coordinate rehearsals, mentor members, and ensure discipline within the Band. I work closely with the Band Directors to prepare performances, maintain instruments, and uphold musical excellence at ceremonies, while also assisting with administrative and technical needs when required.

I also plan, organize, and coordinate events, working with Officers and members to deliver successful programs that strengthen unity, discipline, and the public image of the Brigade.
